Here’s your Cinch Saturday Game Plan:
🚶♀️ Move your body. What will you move today? Start early and it sets fat burning for the day. A class, a walk, a run, or even a stretch – just something to build strength and keep energy flowing.
<3 Gratitude – what are you grateful for? Write it down. The more we are grateful for the more we will have to be grateful for.
🕰️ Set your window. What time are you opening today? I am aiming for 1pm. Closing at 8pm.
🥑 Fuel smart. Kick off with protein + good fats – I love a smoothie with 80% veg and 20% fruit. Nutrient and energy boost without the carb or calorie overload. Also, Where’s your protein coming from? Greek Yoghurt, Nuts, Pulses, Seeds added to dishes. They all count.
🌈 Eat the rainbow. What colourful fruit & veg will you add to your plate today? Frozen fruit and veg is my go-to. Add as much in as you can.
🛒 Set yourself up. Meal prep, whip up a big soup, or make a Cinch Fakeaway tonight (check out this Chicken Korma recipe👀).
💦 Hydrate. Water first, always – your body will thank you. Sip all day long.
🥂 Thinking about drinks tonight? Plan it now: how many, when you’ll stop. Remember – alcohol pauses fat burning. Stick to clear choices if you’re having them, and alternate with sparkling water (my fave trick: ice + bubbles in a wine glass = feels fancy, no calories). Each drink will reduce my energy the following days, so I am very careful on what I drink.
🍽️ Eating out? Decide in advance – check the menu online and go for volume foods like salad or veg sides instead of chips, pepper sauce and onion rings 🙈
